CMHC encourages the development of more energy-efficient homes by providing incentives to homeowners on their CMHC Mortgage Insurance.

Very, very thorough (the actual home inspection had almost taken 3 hours to complete for a 1800 square foot home) and we also liked the recommendations in the actual report of the home inspection.
